Only PAGCOR can say whether a brand sits on its lists, so that is where the answer starts. Both lists dated 29 October 2026 leave out the name and the lobby domain. What follows separates what that proves from what it does not.

The text of both PDFs, for “jljl88” typed with and without spaces. They are the PAGCOR register covering accredited gaming system administrators plus registered brands and domain names and the shorter licensed casinos list from PAGCOR’s licensing page. PAGCOR re-published them on 3 November 2026.

Does a missing entry mean the site is fake?

What the Lobby Itself Says

Does the lobby claim a licence?

Not on the desktop. The footer, read on 5 November 2026, prints “Copyright (c) JLJL88 Lahat ng Karapatan ay Nakalaan.” and nothing else: no company name, regulator or seal. On a phone, scroll to the very bottom and check that footer the same way.

Is a blank footer good or bad?
